A seasoned executive with a track record of building value across SaaS, Medtech, and mid-market companies, Coste brings deep operational and financial expertise to Groupize.ai at a pivotal time in its growth trajectory.
Coste has held senior leadership roles across a range of industries, most recently serving as fractional CFO for Work Truck Solutions which went through a successful exit with Rubicon Technology Partners. , She has been leading her own firm, MHC CFO Services, providing financial leadership to high-growth tech companies at every stage of their development. Her prior roles also include CFO at AdaCore, where she oversaw global finance for a $30M+ B2B software company, and CFO & COO at LR Paris, where she helped double revenue while improving profitability.
Her appointment signals Groupize.ai’s commitment to operational excellence as it scales adoption of its proprietary AI products, including DSai™ for digital HCP sign-ins and aime™, its intelligent event planning assistant. Coste’s mandate will include strengthening financial operations, optimizing for sustainable growth, and supporting the company’s expanding footprint in the highly regulated Life Sciences sector.

Coste is also a graduate of the Chief Financial Officer Program at Columbia Business School. She holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Politics, and International Relations—both from Sciences Po, where she was recognized as a Laureate.
In addition to her operational leadership, Coste has been a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, a leading early-stage investment group supporting women-led businesses, and previously served on the board of Maisons & Domaines Henriot, a $100M privately owned group of luxury wine brands in France.
Coste will work closely with Groupize.ai’s executive team to expand financial capabilities, strengthen investor relationships, and advance long-term strategic goals.
