  • At Boeing, as CIO for Commercial Airplanes, he unified disconnected tools into a mobile-first manufacturing platform, reducing defects from 44% to 7% and saving $14M, while overseeing cloud migration and pioneering augmented reality on production lines.
  • At jetBlue, as VP of Technology, he rebuilt customer web and mobile platforms, founded the airline’s data science division, and led its cloud transformation, driving $30M in annual savings and boosting customer satisfaction and market share.
