For years, we invested quietly and deliberately—listening closely to our customers and partners as they navigated increasingly complex meetings, events, and group travel challenges. We built enterprise-grade infrastructure, tackled the hardest problems in the industry, and earned trust in some of the world’s most complex and highly regulated environments by solving the problems our customers told us mattered most. In 2025, that foundation collided with the rapid acceleration of artificial intelligence—and Groupize.ai reached a true inflection point.

Over the past year, Groupize.ai increased bookings by more than 10x, scaled our team from 18 to 84, and expanded our engineering organization from 8 to 34, including 13 AI engineers dedicated exclusively to embedding intelligence into every workflow, decision, and experience on our platform.
This momentum was not accidental. It was the outcome of a deliberate shift to an AI-first operating model, shaped directly by what our customers and partners asked for: speed without sacrificing control, intelligence without complexity, and innovation grounded in real-world operational needs.
With the addition of Ramki Ramaswamy as Chief Technology Officer, bringing leadership experience from JetBlue and Boeing, we began a full re-architecture of the Groupize.ai platform. We challenged traditional assumptions about how enterprise software should behave—moving beyond static tools toward an AI-native system that understands context, anticipates outcomes, and continuously improves.
That vision came to life with the launch of Groupize.ai and the introduction of aime™ — AI for Meetings & Events—a direct response to what the industry told us it needed next.
aime™ is more than a feature or assistant. It is the foundation of a new category—and a clear signal of Groupize.ai’s role as the industry’s innovation leader. It enables meetings and events to be planned faster, governed smarter, optimized continuously, and executed with unprecedented confidence, transparency, and compliance.
In parallel, 2025 validated our strategy at the highest levels of the global travel ecosystem. Groupize.ai was selected as a partner on the largest travel deal in the world, reinforcing our role as a mission-critical platform operating at scale in one of the most complex and regulated industries.
Our innovation extended beyond meetings and events. Our DSai™ product evolved from insight to intelligence—moving beyond digitized process into a truly AI-driven sales efficiency solution. By improving how sales representatives engage with healthcare professionals on a daily basis, DSai™ has been embraced rapidly by the market.
As a result, Life Sciences now represents 70% of new customers, with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations turning to Groupize.ai to manage highly regulated, high-impact, face-to-face engagements with precision and trust.
