aime™ Request uses agentic AI to build and manage approval workflows based on plain-language descriptions of company policy. Administrators define authorization logic in natural language. The system translates it automatically into routing rules, approval hierarchies, and conditional logic — no hard-coded forms, no IT dependency, no lag.
Requesters can import attendees directly from Excel or SAP Concur, enter expected expenses by category, and route approvals through predefined or dynamically added approvers. Stakeholders can be copied at any stage. Approvals follow policy-driven workflows or allow controlled manual additions, giving organizations both compliance and operational flexibility.
Closed-Loop Budget Governance with SAP Concur
Once a meeting is approved, aime™ Request does not stop working. By pulling travel and expense data back from SAP Concur Travel and Expense in real time, the module delivers full visibility into attendee spend, category-level budget comparisons, and centralized reporting built for compliance and audit.
This creates a continuous, closed-loop financial governance system for meetings and events — a capability that regulated industries, including Life Sciences, have long required but rarely had access to in a single platform.
Native SAP Concur Request Integration
Groupize is completing its SAP Concur Request integration, adding to existing two-way integrations with Concur Travel and Concur Expense. Enterprises can now choose to manage meeting workflows inside Groupize or leverage SAP Concur Request for centralized policy and approval management.
